The calendar is very easy to setup and use. Our system essentially hosts all the code and data needed for the calendar. There is nothing to install on your server. Your existing web site will simply contain a link or button pointing to the calendar hosted on our site. The look (colors, fonts, logos, etc.) of the calendar can be customized by you. Additional customization can be done by us to make your calendar look just like a page on your site (programming charges apply).

 

To get started you simply signup for a trial account. The account is good for 15 days after which time you will be billed a monthly fee. Your billing information will not be collected until the end of the trial period.

 

After you setup a trial account you will have full access to the features of the system. You will be able to create up to five different calendars for a trial account. You may create as many calendars as you like after the trial period.

 

Your calendar account will allow you to create a robust calendar with the following features…
    Multiple events on one day
    Recurring events
    Events that span multiple days
    Events can contain the following (each can be turned on/off for different calendars):
        > Description
        > Web site
        > Location
        > Time
        > 2 user defined fields
        > Image

     The style (fonts, font color, etc) of calendar elements can be customized using our style editor
     Each calendar can appear in a grid or list format
     Your account can have multiple users
     Company logo can be uploaded and appears on each calendar page

     RSVP forms can be built and attached to a specific event. Each form is sent to a user designated email address after it has been filled out.
